SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Webサイト（以下、「当HP」という）は、 株式会社西武ホールディングスが西武プリンスクラブデスク（以下、「当デスク」という）により運営を行うSEIBU PRINCE CLUB（以下、「本プログラム」という）へのWebでのご入会受付やご入会方法のご案内および入会された会員向けにポイント交換商品等の告知等の情報発信を行うためのホームページです。当HPのご利用に際しては次の特約に同意されることが必要となります。
The SEIBU PRINCE CLUB website (hereinafter referred to as "this Website") is a website operated by Seibu Holdings Inc. through the SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Desk (hereinafter referred to as "this Desk"). It is designed to accept online applications for SEIBU PRINCE CLUB (hereinafter referred to as "this Program"), provide information on how to join, and send out announcements to registered members regarding products for which points can be exchanged. By using this website, you must agree to the following special terms.
1.ご利用制限

- コンプライアンスに反する行為
- その他、当デスクが不適切と判断する行為
3.当HPの運営および中止･変更等
- 当HPの運営は、当デスクが定めた所定の時間に行うものとします。

当HPは事前の予告なく、以下の理由により運営を一時停止または中止をする場合があります。
- 当HP運営に必要な機器、システムの保守点検および設備更新
- 天災、災害、事故等による機器、システムの故障や障害
- その他当デスクが中止が必要であると判断した場合
- 当HPの一時停止または中止に起因して生じたいかなる損害についても、当デスクは一切責任を負わないものとします。
- 当デスクはWeb上に公開するなど所定の方法で会員に通知することにより、本HPを変更することができるものとします。その結果、生じた損害に対して、当デスクは一切の責任を負わないものとします。
- 当デスクは予告なしに当HP上の情報を変更、中断または中止させていただくことがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、当デスクは理由の如何に関わらず、当HP運営の中断または中止、情報の変更によって生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。 - 当デスクは、当HPに情報を掲載するには、あらゆる面から細心の注意を払っておりますが、これらの情報に関する内容の有用性、正確性、安全性（エラー等が発生しないこと、常に各機能が正常に動作すること、問題が発生した場合にこれを修正すること、当HPおよびサーバーにコンピューターウィルスその他有害物がないこと等を含む）につきましては、一切保証いたしません。
